ProPlanning team will prepare an accurate and detailed baseline schedule for your project, based on the contract requirements, using Primavera Project Management Software.


The schedule is then used to plan and coordinate the construction activities and to track progress.


ProPlanning team will be working closely with the project manager and the project team, and arrange a Bi-weekly and monthly meetings, to update the project progress and to address any issues that may arise. These meetings are also used to review the cost loaded schedule for invoicing purposes and to track cash flow for progress tracking.


If the project is subjected to any delays or issues, ProPlanning team will document and record any changes to the original plan or scope, and prepare a time impact analysis to explain the reason for the delays and provide methods of recovery or acceleration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of the changes and that they are reflected in the project schedule
